24 Thoughts Per Second is a play on 24 frames per second, the standard rate at which film is processed and projected onto a screen in order to make motion pictures possible.
The author of 24 Thoughts Per Second is Sean Barry, a 23 year-old from Georgia who thinks he’s clever at making filmmaking-related puns. He’s also completely aware you’re not buying this third person bit, so we’ll drop it from here.
I started 24TPS to have a place to share, discuss, and analyze music, film, or whatever other subject I’m deeply and overtly passionate about with friends and strangers alike who’d like to join in on the discourse.
I aim to update the site as often as I can with whatever interesting, worthwhile, and relatively new stuff I come across.
This isn’t a journal. I won’t be complaining about my day at work or anything like that.
I just have a desire to write about cool stuff for cool people. Simple as that.
Enjoy.
